Being kind is sharing and sending money to your family members who are short on money.

• You can give money to hobos and others as well. It is nice to donate to charity.
• When I need something, I am thankful to friends that are kind and to generous family.
• Another way to be kind is to help the homeless is giving them jobs.
• Donating things to charity is kind.
• Some people help by giving kids books to read.

We remember moments when somebody helped out.

• My little sister was helping her teacher raise money for her preschool graduation, and she needed help selling candies, so she and I went to work. She raised a lot of money with my help. One day my dad, my sisters, and I, were on our car getting gas and a homeless came up to us and asked us for a dollar but my dad gave him ten.
• RIF gives kids books to read.
• One day my mom and I sold candy, and we sent the money Mexico for the poor. One day my grandma and I were walking to the store and we saw a homeless person so we gave her a dollar. When we came back we saw her again and we looked for something more to give her. We gave her a bag of chips from our groceries.
• My dad is my homework hero. My biggest and toughest subject in school is math. My dad helps a lot because when I ask him for help of course he says yes, and he gives me easier ways to do in a hard lesson in math! My dad is a math whiz. He is my life saver....well in math.
• It is kind and sweet to give to your parents a present on Mother’s Day or Father’s Day .
• It makes them feel important. You can make them a card or a present some thing that will make them happy. Some Charger players went to an orphanage and took about fifteen kids to a Chargers game.

Emergencies and Disasters

• When my sister fell she started to cry, so I carried her to the house and she felt better though she started to play inside.
• I was in Arizona when my friend and I were on the teeter totter. When someone got off my friend started to fall. He hung on, but he was up side down, so I jumped and grabbed him. He landed on me, and I hurt my elbow. But it was all in the days work.
• The Chargers are a nice team when they help out a injured player on the opposing team!!
• When the fires in San Diego were happening the Chargers helped out. 21 helped out on Thanksgiving! He gave out free turkeys to fire victims. Sean Merriman built back their houses.
• When the fires came around I went to Qualcomm stadium and entertained the victims because they had nothing. My dad came with his musician friends and they played music. I sang. They were so happy to have music because they didn’t have anything like a warm house or nice beds.
