The Lost Shoe

Last school year while I was with some other kids on our way home in the school bus. When at the middle of the trip I heard a boy shout, “Give me my shoe.”

The second later I turned back to see what was happening. What I saw was a boy opening the bus window with a very expensive shoe and another boy asking him not to throw it out the window.

The boy with the shoe said “Good Bye tennis” then the other boy, the owner of the tennis shoe started crying and he told the bully that wasn’t an ordinary shoe, that it was brought from Germany as a present for him.

Five minutes later, when he was alone I told him that they did not throw the tennis shoe, that they only hid it and I told him where it was. He went for it and thanked me for helping him. Then I told him that I helped him because he was a friend and I couldn’t see him suffer.
