My First Day at School in Florida By: Brandon
I was so nervous; it was my first day at Epiphany Cathedral School. I had just moved from Boston, Massachusetts because the climate in Boston was freezing cold. I hated moving from Boston, but my Mom and Dad said they were sick of the weather.
My mom said it was my birthday present, but I still didn’t want to move. I made a really big deal about it at first. After I thought about it, I decided to tell my Dad that I didn’t mind moving but I also said “I don’t want new friends.”
Dad said he really appreciated it and said that it was the kindest thing I had ever done. He said to keep being kind and caring and life would go very smooth for me.
